SBA was instructed by Dandara Northern Home Counties to provide detailed architectural working drawings for Phases 1, 2 and 3 of the Shenley Woods development in Milton Keynes.
A unique residential project, Phase 1 comprises eight contemporary 2-5 bedroom bespoke house types alongside two bespoke four-storey apartment buildings, incorporating both M4(2) and M4(3) units. The development presented a unique opportunity to deliver a high-quality mix of housing with a strong focus on accessibility and modern living.
Phase 2 consists of 140 residential plots, while Phases 2 and 3 build upon the design of the first phase, with some additional house types to suit the areas of the site. All homes have been designed in accordance with the latest Building Regulations and M4(2) requirements, ensuring compliance, functionality and long-term adaptability for residents.
